Senior Wine Consultant (Wine Jobs: Wine Retail & Sommelier)

Two Sisters Vineyards - Niagara on the Lake 

We are currently seeking Senior Wine Consultant for our Retail Wine Boutique and Tasting Room.

Qualifications: 

Sommelier / CAPS / WSET / or in progress certification

Minimum of 2 years’ experience in the wine / hospitality industry

Superior Customer Service skills – outgoing and engaging personality

Tasting Room experience consulting with guests, greeting, answering phones

Delivering Guest Experiences – Tours, Private Tasting, Working Private Events 

Bilingual – French-English is an asset. 

Responsibilities: 

Executes the selling process through product presentation, wine knowledge and closing skills

Demonstrates a genuine passion for wine and wine country

Assists with stocking of all products related to Retail Operations

Merchandising capability

Assists with monthly inventory

Event set up and tear down

Participation at on and off site events and trade shows

Available to work up to 40 hours / week including some weekends and holidays 

Job Requirements: 

Excellent selling skills

Smart Serve Certification

Detail Oriented

Multitasker

Team Player

Must be able to lift 40lb/18.15kg

Must be able to stand for long periods of time
