The Life of a Line Cook:
- Work cooperatively under the direction of the senior Chefs on all matters of the kitchen
- Demonstrate a high level of professionalism and a ‘can do’ attitude in the kitchen
- Execute dishes to the exact standards as set by the Sous Chef
What We’re Looking For:
- Current “Food Safe” certification (or equivalent)
- Flexible scheduling - working days, evenings and weekends required
- You thrive in ambiguity and are comfortable with change
- You put trust in others and never let anyone down
- You listen, take feedback, respond quickly, and take initiative with a sense of urgency
- You are authentic, diplomatic, thoughtful, and always have the best intentions
