The Tasting Room Sales Associate position is responsible for providing the ultimate guest wine tasting experience and will have a passion and knowledge of wine including hospitality experience.

Primary Responsibilities:

 The Tasting Room Sales Associate will:

- Execute engaging, educational, memorable and positive guest experiences that build brand loyalty.

- Support and assist in growing the 13^th Street Wine Club and meeting sales goals and targets.

- Assist with daily wine club groups, tasting room reservations and private events on property. This includes greeting visitors, providing consistently exceptional customer service.

- Assist with the set up, execution and clean-up for 13^th Street Winery events

- Deliver educational experiences to groups on property.

Job Requirements and Qualifications:

 

Passion for knowledge of Niagara wine, wine and food pairings and willingness to continue to learn more.

WSET or Sommelier Certification recommended

Excellent hospitality, sales, organizational, and customer service skills.

Professional appearance, approachable and positive demeanor.

Must be available and willing to work evenings, holidays and weekends.

Must have Smart Serve certification
