Tasting Room Associate
(Wine Jobs:
Sales & Marketing)
Contract
823 Line 6 Road, Niagara on the Lake,
Ontario
Who We Are:
We have been making wine in the area for over twenty years. This is the first winery from Andrzej Lipinski and his family. Started in 2011 with 3 barrels of Chenin Blanc, Big Head grew in reputation, size and breadth to a 20,000-case production and a 42-wine portfolio. Our focus is on unique grape varieties, ambient fermentation, and using techniques to push the limit on flavour profile and intensity. We are known for appassimento and whole-cluster techniques. The goal is always unlocking the full potential of the vintage and fruit while maintaining balance. Our RAW line was launched in 2016 and focuses on a pure expression of the fruit, using only ambient fermentation, and concrete maturation, and the wines are bottled unfiltered. We source only the best fruit from the Niagara Region, working closely with growers who share our attention to detail and pursuit of the highest quality.
