Icon Vins Fins is one of the newest, privately owned boutique Canadian agencies. A subsidiary of the market leader Select Wines, we have a strong foundation to back our innovative spirit. We pride ourselves on a portfolio of respected producers and are looking for the right candidate to join our team.

In close collaboration with Sales & Marketing Managers, the Coordinator is responsible for the development and execution of Sales tools & Marketing programs for the Icon Vins Fins and Select Wines portfolios.

To be successful in this role, you must be a wine passionate individual with strong attention to detail and organizational skills. Potential candidates would have a collaborative team spirit and a desire to work cross-functionally with all departments.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute Sales tools & Marketing material for retail and on-trade customers

• Assist in the planning and management of events, supplier visits & tastings

• Coordinate and submit applications for Tenders and Listings

• Monitor and analyze marketing programs and sales execution

• Assist in managing the relationship with all key external influencers

 

Position Requirements:

• Team player

• Strong organizational skills

• Meticulous attention to detail

• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications (Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint and Word)

• Experience with Adobe Design Suite (including Photoshop and Illustrator) and an eye for simple design work

• Ability and drive to meet tight deadlines

• Excellent communication skills

• Strong presentation skills

• Knowledge of the Liquor Board Marketing policies and procedures considered an asset

• Previous marketing experience and/or education considered an asset

• WSET 2, or equivalent an asset

• Ability to lift/carry 40lbs on a regular basis

Compensation and benefits commensurate with experience. Business related expenses are also covered.
