ZYN The Wine Market is one of Calgary’s top liquor stores with 4 locations and we are on the hunt for some new talent for a full-time position.

ZYN is seeking passionate and engaging sales professionals who are team oriented and customer service driven. This dynamic role requires a dynamic individual who can think fast on their feet, is organized and has a sense of humor.

Ideal Candidate Requirements:

  • A passion for and knowledge of wine, beer, and spirits.

  • Computer proficiency (including various point of sale and social media platforms).

  • Retail experience and active sales skills.

  • Flexible schedule (evenings, holidays & weekends).

  • Able to thrive in a fast paced and dynamic environment.

  • Experience working as a team, preferably in the retail liquor or hospitality industry.

  • Superior communication skills and ability to associate with a diverse clientele.

  • Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 40 lbs.

  • Previous wine sales experience an asset.

  • ProServe Certified.

  • Valid driver's license.

  • Great command of spoken and written English are essential. Additional language(s) a definite asset.

  • WSET or ISG certification a plus but not required.

This is a hourly position with a competitive wage to commensurate with your experience and ability.
