Wine Lovers Agency is currently seeking an Experienced Territory Manager to call upon LCBO retail locations and Licensed Establishments within the GTA Toronto area. Maintain and develop long term relationships with key LCBO in-store staff and key staff at licensed establishments. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving growth and market share by building brand image and awareness through sales initiatives and using various promotional programs available
Core Responsibilities include:
Establish relationships with store level decision makers and key influencers at both LCBO stores and Licensees
Educate staff via tastings and providing product knowledge
Ensure in-store promotions and programs are optimized and properly executed
Secure in-store discretionary promotional opportunities
Ensure timely execution of administrative responsibilities
Education & Experience:
Minimum of 3 years progressive sales experience within the alcohol beverage industry
Successful completion of WSET, ISG or industry related courses is an asset
Industry knowledge and an understanding of LCBO regulations and policies
Post-Secondary education in marketing and/or sales related studies
Skills/Competencies
Highly motivated self-starter with strong planning and organizational skills
Strong customer service skills
Ability to multi-task and efficiently manage their schedules in a fast paced and demanding environment
Strong oral, written, and sales negotiation skills
Ability to use technology to support daily sales activities. i.e. custom software, social media, email, etc..
