Server (Wine Jobs: Vineyards & Cellars )

We are currently seeking Servers to join our community at Glass House Estate Winery in Langley!

Responsibilities:

  • Extensive knowledge of all food and beverage offerings
  • Executing food and drink orders in a timely manner
  • Ensuring food and drink quality is as per organizational standards
  • Communicating all current JRG promotions to guests
  • Handling cash and credit card transactions in a professional and timely manner
  • Adhering to JRG Policies and Procedures including daily implementation of the 18 Steps of Service
  • Assist with daily and weekly scheudled environment cleaning practices

Requirements:

  • Previous experience working in restaurants or hospitality in roles such as Server, Host, Expeditor, Tasting Room Attendant, or other applicable role 
  • Valid Serving it Right Certification and thorough understanding of responsible alchol service
  • Excellent wine knowledge (WSET Certification considered an asset)
