The Opportunity
Dobbin Estate is a newly forming luxury winery property focusing on 2500 cases of estate-made wines, offered in an exclusive vineyard setting of 17 meticulously planted acres within a forested landscape around a central seven acre pond. Targeting the finest focussed line-up of wines in Canada, we’ll aim to achieve full, pre-release allocation of all of our wines at prices that sustain a prestige image.

This position is pivotal in optimizing in-person and digital experiences for our customers, while setting the standard for service and exceptional hospitality to our guests. We are looking for a sales driven, customer-obsessed, organized, and deeply enthusiastic candidate who lives and breathes wine culture, in and outside the tasting room.

The ideal candidate understands that working for a small business is challenging and exciting - no two days are the same, and no task is too small! They are eager to be involved - and appreciate that there is nothing more important to our team than dedication to exceptional customer service and going the extra mile for co-workers and guests alike. This role will report directly to winery ownership.

Skills
- Collaborative spirit and commitment to our mission – you’re a team player and willing to lend a hand or elevate those around you. You add your own individuality to a positive and uplifting work environment.

- Adaptability and reliability – you’re able to calmly troubleshoot issues and be flexible with your work schedule.
- Attentive listening – a successful candidate will adeptly listen, interpret, and execute the owner’s requests and goals.
- Knack for words – you are a strong writer including spelling, grammar, punctuation, and proofreading.
