De Simone Vineyards is premium family winery located in Niagara on the Lake, Ontario. We have established amazing roots here and a vision to be one for the top winery destinations. We create award winning wine and have proven we can be recognized nationally and internationally.  We are growing quite fast and the demand for our wine is growing exponentially. We have also been certified organic since 2024.

We are looking for the right candidate to join our team to help bring it to the next level. We have many goals to hit and are looking for someone with serious expertise with proper experience.

Tasks will include:

- Aid in project management

- Company orders, Bulk glass, corks, capsules, labels, packaging

- Cordinate bottling and staffing

- Customer relations

- Retail Management, POS operations

- Opening and End of day sale count and closing report log

- Emails to club members/subscribers

- Over seeing sales and budget management

- Over seeing wineclub and events

- Bring guests into the winery/recruiting tour companies etc.

- Manage staff

- Create Staff schedule based on winery needs

- Work with our team in coordination of projects

- Occasional public events, and service

- Maintain functionality in retail and Winery

- Administration

- Acquiring event permits/licensing

This Candidate must have 10 years of experience in general management, restaurant management, or retail management.

Must be able to use: Be on feet for long periods of time, able to lift cases of wine, excel, Mail Chimp, Square Space, Stripe, Setmore, Link Tree

This is not a marketing position, we are looking for someone to help run the entire winery and operations helping us to hit our goals.

 

Salary based on experience
