We are seeking a results-oriented Experience Manager to join our hospitality team in Okanagan Falls, BC. The position reports to the Director of Operations, and has these expectations:

 

·         Facility preparation and operation

·         Organize and coordinate events

·         Hire, schedule, supervise and evaluate staff

·      Manage all contracted, out-sourced resources

·        Manage all food offerings alongside the Chef

·      Ensure supplies and equipment are adequate in quantity and quality

·  Contribute to social media content and promotions

·         Liaison with VIP accounts

·      Handle customer complaints when necessary

·         Enforce adherence to quality standards and regulations

·         Ensure all records are kept properly and consistently

·         Review and prepare event and monthly reports

 

Requirements

·         Proven experience as hospitality manager

·         Hands-on experience in customer service or sales

·         Solid understanding of hospitality procedures and best practices

·         Excellent organizational and leadership skills

·         Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills

·         Problem-solving aptitude

 

$60,000 - $75,000 negotiable with experience.
