Tasting Room Associate for the 2025 season:

The position would begin this spring as part-time but be full-time hours May-September of 2025. Applicants must be available to work both Saturdays & Sundays during those full-time months, plus occasional events. We offer a wage range of $20-$22 per hour based on experience & training, plus gratuities and monthly wine allocation.

We are a small, premium winery, focused on single-vineyard Pinot Noir and Chardonnay, located in the heart of wine country, Okanagan Falls. Our small team of staff are friendly and fun-loving, and our tasting room is structured so that all visitors are unrushed and have the time to engage meaningfully with our wines and staff.

Applicants must be able to lift 40lb cases of wine, perform cleaning duties as needed, and stand for the majority of each shift. Staff must possess valid Serving It Right for the duration of the season. Our wine tasting program includes small canapés, so we are looking for staff who are comfortable chatting with our guests about food pairing and their own wine experiences.

 

$20-$22 plus gratuities
