Job Responsibilities
· Reporting to the General Manager, the Supervisor will lead the team of Brand Ambassadors.

· Assist and coach our team members to help them achieve their potential while developing good culture in the workplace.
· Execute exceptional hospitality that translates into wine sales
· Create Schedules for our hospitality team.
· Complete inventory counts
· Order products and keep the winery stocked for sales
· Ensure all shipping orders are sent in a timely fashion
· Describe/teach about our wines, winemaking techniques, and winery history.
· Meet wine club sales targets.
· Provide consistent brand messaging to guests.
· Ensure the cleaning, organization of all spaces, including, but not limited to, tasting rooms, storage rooms, washrooms, entrances, patios, and grass areas, are completed.
· Coordinate guest experiences using reservation management software as well as managing reservation inquiries and questions.
· Execute special events such as private dinners, media tastings and others.
· Ensure POS cashouts are balanced, accurate and signed at the end of the shift.
· Setting up and cleaning up daily operations and special events, including washing and polishing all glassware
· Representing Stoneboat Vineyards at external winery events when needed
· Working professionally as part of the team, including managing relationships with collogues, guests and stakeholders.
· Other tasks as assigned.
Job Qualifications
· Wine industry experience preferred (including restaurant and liquor store)
· Desire to provide outstanding hospitality
· Attention to detail
· Available to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
· Ability to effectively communicate with diverse groups of varying sizes
· Able to stand and/or walk for long periods and lift up to 40 lbs
This role is compensated through Salary, Commissions, and Tips. Additionally, benefits are an option should the candidate choose. This contract is expected to end October 31st, 2025. The base pay will be determined based on the applicant's qualifications. We expect the hourly rate to be approximately $40 per hour or more with commissions and gratuity.
