Upper Bench is now accepting applications for the 2023 season. We are a premium winery which also hand-crafts artisan cheese. Both part and full time positions are available.

We are currently seeking wine shop staff to work in our busy shop and conduct seated tastings on our patio (The Oven).

We have a fast-paced work environment with lots of opportunities for learning and education, offering competitive remuneration, schedules provided monthly, tips, commission for wine club sign ups, staff discounts on wine, cheese and patio purchases and a dedicated team of great staff who make even better co-workers.

You must have a valid Serving It Right Certificate and be able to work weekends and holidays. Previous winery and sales experience is a plus but not required as we are happy to train the right candidate. Must be comfortable lifting 40 lbs. Excellent customer service skills are a must.
