Located in Rougemont, QC, Elnova is the largest distributor of equipment, supplies, and ingredients for microbreweries, vineyards, distilleries, cideries, and other beverage producers in Eastern Canada. Constantly exploring new markets and growth opportunities, we are known for our expertise and commitment to our clients.

Main Responsibilities

  • Provide personalized support services to clients through annual plans, hourly packages, or ad-hoc interventions for urgent needs.
  • Support the sales team by identifying the equipment best suited to the specific needs of vineyards.
  • Provide technical support for Lamothe-Abiet products and our full range of laboratory products.
  • Train clients and their teams to ensure they become autonomous in using equipment and products.

Required Skills

  • Proven experience in product development.
  • Autonomy and proactivity.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and a genuine desire to help clients.
  • Curiosity and interest in new technologies within the beverage industry.
  • Ability to work with vineyards of all sizes.
  • Technical expertise in various types of industry equipment.
  • Strong skill in the filtration process to support client in a variety of production
  • Willing to go support our sales representative in the Atlantic province.

Qualifications

  • Recognized degree in oenology.
  • Bilingualism (French and English).
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in product development.
