We are currently seeking a customer service focused individual with excellent communication and organizational skills to join our Administrative/Order Entry team at Global Vintners.
The successful candidate will be accountable for:
- Consistently delivering Best in Class service to all Global Vintners customers
- Execution of operational policies and procedures as they relate to processing customer orders and returns; including recommendation of alternate products/solutions if warranted
- Responding promptly and professionally to all customer inquiries, effectively redirecting and/or elevating where/when appropriate
- Processing customer returns in a timely manner
- Preparation and distribution of weekly customer concerns files.
The ideal candidate will possess the following qualifications/skills:
- Post – secondary education in a related field; Hospitality designation as asset
- Knowledge of Global Vintners’ products and the Consumer Made wine business
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office
- Exceptional organizational and multi-tasking ability; working extensively on phone and computer
- Conflict management skills as they relate to dealing effectively with Customer concerns/complaints
- Ability to maintain composure and keep calm during stressful situations
- High attention to detail and accuracy
- Demonstrated success working in a fast paced team based environment.

This is an entry level position. Salary is $32,800 based on 40 hours per week.
