Henry of Pelham Family Estate Winery was established with our first vintage in 1988. At that time we were one of a very few estate wineries dedicated to producing premium quality wines made from 100% Ontario grown grapes. Today, Henry of Pelham is a 200K+ case producer in Ontario’s Niagara Peninsula.

We are looking for enthusiastic individuals to join our team for the 2025 harvest (approx. mid-August to beginning of December).  Henry of Pelham works with numerous grape varieties to produce a diverse portfolio of wines.  We have a wide range of winery equipment that we use daily in our various cellar activities.  Previous winery/production experience is an asset, but not required.

Examples of Specific Duties/Responsibilities:

•          Cleaning and sterilizing winery equipment and tanks

•          Transferring, racking, blending wine/juice

•          Carrying out various additions/inoculations

•          Barrel operations: filling, racking, topping

•          Pump-overs, punch downs, red drain and presses

•          Maintain a safe, clean and organized cellar

Eligibility Requirements:

•          Strong communication skills and a positive attitude

•          Able to lift 25kg and able to work at heights

•          Willing to work shift hours and extended hours during harvest
