Job Type: Full-Time/Part-Time, Seasonal
Compensation: $20, plus tips

Job Description:
We are seeking a friendly, outgoing, and knowledgeable Tasting Room Associate to join our team. This role involves engaging with visitors, guiding wine tastings, and providing an unforgettable experience that highlights our organic natural wines. The ideal candidate will be enthusiastic about wine, committed to organic practices, and able to deliver exceptional customer service in a welcoming environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Greet guests and provide an informative and enjoyable wine tasting experience
Educate visitors about our wines, production methods, and the organic farming practices we use
Assist with the sale of wine and merchandise, including providing recommendations and completing transactions
Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming tasting room
Set up, serve, and clean up during tastings and events
Manage reservations and ensure guest satisfaction throughout their visit
Assist with wine club sign-ups and other marketing initiatives
Ensure compliance with all alcohol service laws and safety regulations
Collaborate with the team to ensure smooth operations and a positive guest experience
Qualifications:
Previous experience in customer service or hospitality is preferred
An interest in organic wine and sustainable farming practices
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
A passion for providing outstanding customer service
Must be at least 19 years of age
Availability to work weekends, holidays
Wine knowledge or certification (WSET, or similar) is a plus but not required
