Account Manager - Sales (Wine Jobs: Sales & Marketing)

Your Role

As a Sales Account Manager at Bespoke Wine and Spirits, you’ll be at the forefront of our client relationships and sales growth. Your responsibilities include:

 

  • Developing and executing strategic sales plans to expand market share within your territory.
  • Building strong, lasting relationships with clients, including restaurants, bars, private clients, and hospitality groups.
  • Hosting engaging wine tastings and sales presentations to educate and excite clients about our portfolio.
  • Staying ahead of market trends and identifying new business opportunities.
  • Meeting and exceeding sales targets through proactive outreach, client retention, and new account acquisition.

·       Prepare and submit regular sales reports and forecasts to management..

  • Collaborating with our team to innovate and refine sales strategies.
  • Providing unparalleled customer service, ensuring every client interaction reflects our brand values.
  • Maintaining detailed sales reports and sharing insights with management.

What We’re Looking For

  • Proven Sales Experience: A successful track record in sales, ideally within the wine, spirits, or hospitality industry but not exclusively.
  • Communication Skills: Outstanding presentation, negotiation, and interpersonal abilities.

·       Self-Starter: Motivated, organized, and capable of independently managing multiple accounts. Ability to work independently and manage multiple accounts and priorities.

  • Local Knowledge: Familiarity with the regional market assigned and existing client relationships is an asset.
  • Mobility: A valid driver’s license, vehicle and ability to travel within the territory.
  • Team Player: Collaborative, supportive, and eager to contribute to a thriving team environment.

Ideal Candidate

The ideal candidate for this role is an energetic self-starter who is passionate about sales, wine and customer service. They bring with them experience in account management in beverage alcohol or retail packaged goods. Using their excellent verbal and written communication skills they promote positive working relationships both inside and outside the organization. Drawing from their previous experience in sales and/or hospitality, they foster and develop exceptional relationships across all customer types while building sales and brand identity.
