Sales Representative - Retail & On-premises

GTA North / Simcoe

This is an exciting job opportunity for dynamic, energetic and enthusiastic professional looking to take the next step in their career.  In this position, the successful candidate will work with established Concha y Toro brands plus Fetzer and Bonterra brands.  More brands will follow that will augment the portfolio.   Selling to LCBO retail accounts alongside select restaurants and bar accounts, the primary role of this position is to convert your out-going personality to build relationships with the LCBO Managers and product consultants, and on-premises operators.   

The successful candidate must have a great deal of self-discipline, set high standards for themselves, be competitive, and be a great team player.  Experience in beverage alcohol sales, or packaged goods, or the hospitality industry as well as fundamental wine and spirits (WSET 2) knowledge is required. 

Additional responsibilities include organizing and creating displays, tastings, and account support functions.  In addition, attendance at trade events (evenings and weekends) may be required. 

Potential candidates must have a passion for wine and spirits, hold a valid passport and driver’s license for business related travel. Candidates with College or University schooling are also preferred.  Other skills that are important to this position are:

• Ability to analyze statistics and strong computer skills
• Goal-oriented and results-driven personality
• Able to set and execute high standards of performance.
• Capable of advanced organization and planning skills and have the ability to respect tight schedules.

This position comes with a base salary commensurate with experience, annual bonus, a car allowance and group benefits. Business related expenses are also covered.
