Your Responsibilities:
- Assist the Store Manager in daily operations, ensuring smooth and efficient store management.
- Lead by example, providing excellent customer service and inspiring the team to do the same.
- Help manage inventory, ensuring that our selection of wine, beer, and spirits is always top-notch.
- Collaborate with the team to plan and execute exciting in-store events and promotions.
- Maintain a positive and inclusive work environment, fostering teamwork and collaboration.
Qualifications:
- Previous retail or hospitality management experience is preferred.
- Strong leadership and interpersonal skills.
- Passion for wine, beer, and spirits with a desire to expand your knowledge.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends and holidays
