The HQ team capably focuses on the distribution, sales, marketing, warehousing, and supply chain management of wines and premium spirits. The company is based in Vancouver and operates within British Columbia with a team of passionate sales professionals. HQ Wine + Spirits is founded on a history of friendship, a mutual respect for land, wines that articulate “place”, and admiration for one-another’s accomplishments. Job Requirements:
- Work with HQ Wine + Spirits accounts in the Fraser Valley, Tri Cities, Surrey and Delta.
- Drive sales and results for HQ Wine + Spirits by achieving sales KPI’s
- Execute monthly and quarterly sales targets
- Promote HQ Wine + Spirits brands by participating in consumer, trade and media events as required
- Attend weekly and quarterly sales team meetings as required
- Influence accounts by using fact-based selling and business acumen
- Maintain and track accurate account data/customer information
- Activity reporting as required outlining sales calls – wins and challenges
- Have a keen understanding and operate as a brand ambassador for HQ Wine + Spirits brands and develop a depth of knowledge on individual wines
- Operate within assigned budgets

- Excellent time management skills and the ability to work proactively with minimal supervision
- Flexibility and willingness to learn and grow
- Flexibility to work varied hours including evenings and weekends (as required) including overnight trips from time to time
- Valid Class 5 driver’s license
- Must own your own vehicle
- Ability to lift objects up to 40 lbs
Presentation, Conduct & Professionalism
- Representing HQ Wine + Spirits and its clients at all times, and a high level of personal dress and appearance along with professional conduct is expected
