Marketing Coordinator (Wine Jobs: Sales & Marketing)

Our head office is in Vancouver and we have sales staff in Vancouver, Calgary, Edmonton, Regina and Winnipeg.

 

Marketing Coordinator - Vancouver

Part time permanent position – half days/5 days a week

We are currently looking for an individual to fill the position of Marketing Coordinator, based in Vancouver. The primary role of this position is to provide trade marketing support to the Bacchus marketing and sales teams in Western Canada. There is a very good possibility that this position could convert into a full time position.

Potential candidates must have completed a marketing/graphics/business diploma or degree. Basic wine education/appreciation courses a bonus, but not expected. Lots of passion for the wine and spirits industry expected.

 

The successful candidate will:

-Report directly to the Marketing Manager

-Assist with the development and coordination of all sales and marketing materials, including:

·Create monthly LTO sheets

·Create monthly sales packages for provincial sales teams (sell sheets and other marketing materials)

·Design print collateral such as event cards, wine lists, wine feature cards, shelf talkers, neck tags and misc sell sheets as needed by the sales teams

·Update quarterly price lists for BC, AB and MB

·LDB listing applications

-Manage relationships with third party partners such as printers, tasters, web developers etc to ensure that sales and marketing materials are being produced to a high standard, on time and on budget

-Website updates via CMS

-Office admin – meeting set up, deliveries, POS storage management, event coordination

 

Qualifications/Skills:

-Excellent organizational and communication skills

-Design experience using Adobe Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator and InDesign)

-Must have experience using WordPress CMS

-Experience and/or interest in wine and spirits is a plus
