In close collaboration with Sales & Marketing Managers, the Coordinator is responsible for the development and execution of Sales tools & Marketing programs for our BC & MB portfolios.

To be successful in this role, you must be a wine passionate individual with strong attention to detail and organizational skills. Potential candidates would have a collaborative team spirit and a desire to work cross-functionally with all departments.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

·        Develop and execute Sales tools & Marketing material for retail and on-trade customers

·        Assist in the planning and management of events, supplier visits & tastings

·        Assist in the custom clearance of shipments with Freight Forwarders

·        Coordinate and submit applications for LDB Tenders and Listings

·        Monitor and analyze marketing programs and sales execution

·        Assist in managing the relationship with all key external influencers

Position Requirements:

·        Team player

·        Strong organizational skills

·        Meticulous attention to detail

·        Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications (Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint and Word)

·        Experience with Adobe Design Suite (including Photoshop and Illustrator) and an eye for simple design work

·        Ability and drive to meet tight deadlines

·        Excellent communication skills

·        Strong presentation skills

·        Possess a dependable, insured vehicle & valid drivers’ license

·        Knowledge of the LDBs Marketing policies and procedures considered an asset

·        Previous marketing experience and/or education considered an asset

·        WSET 2, or equivalent an asset

·        Ability to lift/carry 40lbs on a regular basis

In accordance with the Pay Transparency Act, the expected base salary range for this position is $45,000 to $55,000 per year. Compensation and benefits commensurate with experience. Business related expenses are also covered.
