We are dedicated to crafting excellence in every vine, cultivating multiple distinct grape varieties including Chardonnay, Sauvignon Blanc, Riesling, Pinot Noir, Merlot, Cabernet Sauvignon, Cabernet Franc, Marechal, Foch and Regent, across our varied geographic locations from as far south as Osoyoos to as far north as Vernon.

In Production, we use cutting edge technology such as density sorting, optical sorting, flash detente HL2, Agrovin Resoul, Stars and so much more!
We are seeking HARVEST CELLAR HANDS for our upcoming busy season. This exciting opportunity is temporary from approximately mid-August to the end of November 2025, and is based in our West Kelowna, British Columbia, Canada, Production facility.
Responsibilities:

Setting up and sanitizing tanks and crush equipment.

Receiving, processing, sorting, and pressing of grapes.

Racking and inoculations.

Preparing and filling barrels
-
Cleaning and sanitizing of pumps, tanks, and barrels.

Processing equipment.
-
Maintaining a safe, clean, and healthy work environment.

Other duties as required.
Skills & Qualifications:
-
Ability to multi-task, work independently and with a team in a fast-paced environment with emphasis on quality, accuracy, and timeliness.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Excellent attention to detail.

Ability to lift up to 50+ lbs.
-
Ability to perform continued physical activity, including standing for extended periods of time, walking, pushing and pulling. Ability to safely climb ladders and catwalks repeatedly.

Must be able to work longer and varying hours during harvest.

Previous harvest experience is an asset.
-
Forklift driving certificate is an asset.

Winemaking or viticulture education is an asset.

Reliable transportation is required.

Legally eligible to work in Canada.
Why Work for Us?
What we offer
The hourly range for this position is $20-$24 per hour.
It is not typical for an individual to be hired at the top of the range for their role. Actual placement within range will be contingent upon several factors, including but not limited to the candidate’s qualifications, education, experience, internal equity, and alignment with market data.
