Delicato Family Vineyards, a fast-growing California wine supplier, has an immediate career opportunity for a highly driven, results oriented, Regional Sales Manager who will cover Canadian, Mexican, Caribbean, and South and Central American markets.

The successful candidate will lead and direct dedicated sales person and distributor network across all Canadian provinces, Mexico, South and Central America and key Caribbean islands. This position is responsible for regional sales and marketing strategies, distributor management and education, and key customer interaction. Key customers include importer and agents as well as key retail and on premise, chain, accounts both regional and country wide. Seeking a highly-driven, motivated person to promote brands and manage for growth and profitability, identify new business opportunities, develop forecasts, set distributor objectives, and manage performance to deliver the annual sales plan.

This position requires a minimum of a Bachelor's degree with emphasis in Business Administration or Sales and Marketing, Wine industry experience preferred. Candidate must have 8+ years on the wine supplier side and experience in distributor or agent management, building brands, sales into key national/international on/off premise chains. Demonstrate excellent communication, negotiation, presentation, customer service, computer, and organizational skills. Knowledge of wine and wine industry, a must. Heavy travel required.

Qualified candidates: Should reside in or willing to relocate to Western Canada, or Western United States. Ability to speak French and Spanish a plus.
